Mumbai, 20 March 2026 — The digital platform WS&V Viziplex has got an overwhelming response to the YouTube premiere and release of the feature film ‘Ardh-Nari Nateshwar – Anan’ (Marathi and Hindi versions). This YouTube Premiere has created a new milestone in Indian film Industry often termed as Bollywood by crossing the 125000 views on its second week. The offbeat film is a fusion of spirituality, culture, and social consciousness. The film celebrates dignity, empowerment, and sensitivity. The grand premiere event was attended by dignitaries and leading actors from the film.

The film’s producer Hemant Bhatia said, ” Now YouTube Premieres are emerging as a disruptive experiment in India’s film distribution ecosystem, offering accessibility and affordability, but they are still far from replacing the dominance of theatrical releases and OTT platforms. Aamir Khan’s recent release strategy has sparked debate, yet most filmmakers remain cautious about fully embracing YouTube as a primary distribution channel.’Viziplex, a YouTube platform, strives to bring more regional and pan-Indian films to a wider audience. We have now released this film on our official YouTube channel of Viziplex. We encourage everyone to watch it, as it is available for free. It is available in both Hindi and Marathi versions. Hemant Bhatia said, “Our aim was to make a film that respects the cultural roots of Maharashtra and expresses sensitivity. I am a professional. I happened to go to a place where I saw transgender people differently, so I did more research on them. Later I made a film on this topic.”

The film’s director, Rajesh Kushte, shared his thoughts and views on the film. He said, “There is a need to humanize sensitivity in society and create social awareness. ‘Ardh-Nari Nateshwar-Anan’ is not just a film, it is a call for balance, respect and awareness.”

The lead actor of the film, Omkar Shinde, said, “I hope that the premiere on the WS&V-Viziplex platform will give the film recognition on a pan-Indian and global level. The feature film ‘Ardh-Nari Nateshwar – Anan’ has a contemporary message of sensitivity, compassion and humanitarianism. I sincerely hope that this message will reach the Indian diaspora, especially the diaspora in Maharashtra. I believe that this message will spread globally through the YouTube premiere. I am a professional Bharatanatyam dancer, and that is why I was cast in this film. I am playing the role of Yuvraj. We have many memories associated with this film. All of us actors are still good friends.”

The film’s lead actress Sukhda Khandkekar said, “I am very proud to be a part of this socially motivated film. It is a very sensitive subject. This film is way ahead of its time. Very few producers and directors have the courage to make such a film; people think they should just make a commercial film.Hemant Bhatia first conceived and made this story. I am proud to be a part of this film. Now that this film has reached all of you, I am very happy that it will gain a wider audience.” Renowned film actor of Pankaj Raina (Veer Zara and Batwara-1947) was present as the Chief Guest of the event, said, “This film is a great example of how cinema can preserve its heritage while addressing contemporary social issues through innovative storyteling.”

The feature film ‘Ardh Nari Nateshwar: Anan’ is a Marathi emotional family drama film that was released in theaters in 2017. Directed by Rajesh Kushte and written by story writer and creative director Hemant Bhatia, the film stars Prarthana Behere, Omkar Shinde, Sukhda Khandkekar, Suyog Gorhe and Shilpa Tulskar. The film stars Omkar Shinde and Sukhda Khandkekar in the lead roles and has expressed its happiness over its release on YouTube.
