People and critics will see her as an actor who owns it: Hansa Singh’s prediction for Sonakshi Sinha’s Jatadhara
As Sonakshi Sinha gears up for his next release, Jatadhar, actress, tarot card reader, and astrologer Hansa Singh, who has been a part of projects like Page 3, Criminal Justice, Goodbye, and Money Hai Toh Honey Hai, among others, has shared her prediction for the movie. She said, “She is trying to make a difference with this new film called Jatadhara. And she’s looking forward to it. She does not expect much, but she definitely wishes it to do better. And I mean, they’ll be happy as far as the box office is concerned. I see a better result than most, but it will not be the blockbuster.”
She further said, “I would say Sonakshi’s talent, as usual—she gives a lot to any character that she plays. She’s very true to her craft, so she will give her best. She has given her best in Jatadhara also. So people and critics will see her as an actor who owns it. That will be good for her career.”
While Hansa too is excited to watch the film because of its spiritual and intense theme, she said, “I don’t think the movie’s theme is aligning with Sonakshi’s planetary phase, but she has taken a way forward to do something different because until we do something different, people don’t notice it. If we keep doing the same thing altogether, it doesn’t make an impact. It’s a bold decision, as we know; she has always been making bold decisions to do this film. So it may not align as you expect it to, but yes, it will bring some changes in her life and career also.”
“As far as Jatadhara is concerned, it might do better in the South because South people haven’t seen it, but definitely, it’s a takeaway for her. In the North Belt, I would say it’s something they haven’t seen. It will go, and people are now going more towards these dark and astrological subjects where they want to know more. So those kinds of people will watch the film,” she added.
As for the professional transformation, Hansa shared, “For Sonakshi after this film, it is definitely going to be a huge shift and change. I would give Jatadhara 2.5 stars from my side, and that’s how it’s going to be. But it will definitely be a game changer for Sonakshi.”
